RATES

  • All rates quoted in US dollars will be converted into local currency (IDR) upon settlement.
  • Rates may change without prior notice.

RESERVATION

  • You can enquire about availability via the Bookings section of the website, or by calling us on +62 (361) 2737168 or email to : info@balihaidreamvilla.com.
  • All reservation inquiry is not automatically confirm and will be replied within 2 working days.
  • Once you complete the booking form, you will receive an email from us summarizing the details of your request, such as arrival and departure dates, your special requests (if any), the invoice total, and any deposit to be paid. In order for your booking to be confirmed we must receive your one night deposit by cash, bank transfer or  by credit card (Visa/Master)

CHANGE RESERVATION

  • Reservation can be changed with prior notice at least 21 days before arrival
  • Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability

PAYMENTS

  • All payment should be directed to Villa Bali Hay trading as Bali Hai Dream Villa
  • 50% of total amount as deposit is required to guarantee your reservation at our property, the rest of the payment should be settled upon guest arrival.
  • 50% of total amount as deposit payment by bank transferred to Bali Hai Dream Villa bank account ,client must send also copy of payment document to be emailed at accounting@balihaidreamvilla.com or faxed to our office at 62-361-254731
  • 50% of total amount as deposit payment using “Signature On File “ by credit card (Visa/Master) must be the same as your name on reservation as well as your full authorization to charge for the total payment ,your credit card must  include detail information such as  Credit Card Type, Name as on Card, Card Number, Card Security Code, Billing Address , Expiry Date of the Card
  • We use sensitive billing information (such as Credit Card Type, Name as on Card, Card Number, Card Security Code, Billing Address , Expiry Date of the Card) for the purpose of completing the room bookings you conduct on our site. We use other information about you for the following general purposes: to provide you with the products and services you request; to provide you with hotel confirmation and updates; to communicate with you in general; to respond to your questions and comments; to measure interest in and improve our products, services, and website; to notify you about special offers and products or services that may be of interest to you; to otherwise customize your experience with this website; to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; to enforce our Terms of Use

CANCELLATION
Incase you want to cancel your booking with whatsoever reason, any amount paid by transfer or credit card is non-refundable

CHECKING-IN/OUT & DAY USE

  • Please note that the earliest you can check-in is 2:00 P.M
  • The latest you can check-out by is 12:00 noon
  • Day Use : Until 6.00 P.M will be subject to 50% from the applicable rate
  • Different times may be possible with prior arrangement. Please enquire by email

COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION
We anticipate that your stay will meet your expectations. However, if a problem should arise, you should inform us immediately so that we can work to correct the situation.
